Return & Refunds Policy
Effective Date: April 28, 2026At GroomPawHub, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be in original, unused condition
- All packaging and tags must be intact
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error
- Contact us at support@groompawhub.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number
- We will provide return instructions
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Defective or wrong items will be fully refunded including shipping

- Personalized or custom products (if we ever offer them)
- Opened grooming consumables (if applicable)
