Return & Refunds Policy

Effective Date: April 28, 2026At GroomPawHub, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.
Eligibility for Returns
  • Items must be in original, unused condition
  • All packaging and tags must be intact
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error
How to Return an Item
  1. Contact us at support@groompawhub.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number
  2. We will provide return instructions
  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method
Refunds
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Defective or wrong items will be fully refunded including shipping
Exchanges We currently only offer refunds, not exchanges. You can return the item and place a new order for the correct product.
Non-Returnable Items
  • Personalized or custom products (if we ever offer them)
  • Opened grooming consumables (if applicable)
